Encompass’ TIBA Latin America facility is located in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This state-of-the-art, 70,000 sq. ft. facility is situated 10 miles north of downtown and houses an international Teleport, Technical Operation Center (TOC), Broadcast Operations Center (BOC); Master Control operations, playout, archive systems and the operations of DirecTV for the Southern Cone.
