Encompass Minneapolis

Encompass Minneapolis’ transmission and fiber hub facilities are situated on 100 acres approximately 13 miles north of Minneapolis and Saint Paul, MN. The facility houses a state-of-the-art Teleport and specializes in disaster recovery uplink solutions providing primary backup for key broadcast clients. An additional office building, in downtown Minneapolis, houses a fully outfitted insert studio and head shot room used by most major television networks and many production companies. Power to equipment is protected with dual feeds from separate utility substations, on-site generators, UPS systems and switch gear.  ASI, HD-SDI, SDI and IP interconnects are all supported with high-bandwidth, diverse fiber routing.
